Q1:Are you a factory or a trading company?

A:We are a factory with exporting license locates in world’s biggest hotel amenity production area-Hangji Town, Yangzhou City

Q2:Where is your exact location?How far is it from Shanghai?

A:Generally if you come from Shanghai, it will only takes you 2-3 hours bus to get to our company and also we are only 40KM from the nearest air-port,Yangzhou-Taizhou Airport.

Q3:Can you produce soaps and liquids such as shampoo and shaving cream?

A:Yes, we can produce all the chemical products including shampoo, bath gel, body lotion, hair conditioner, toothpaste, shaving cream, soaps and even mouthwash. 

Q4:Where is your loading port?

A:Shanghai or Yangzhou or your request port.

Q5:What is your sample policy?

A:If the products you require are our existing ones, the samples will be free.

But the clients need to bare the freight cost.

If you need customized products, some sample making cost will be required.

If you become our steady clients, samples and even freight cost will be paid by us.

Q6:What are your payment terms?

A:Generally 30%T/T as advanced and 70%T/T balance payment before shipment.

Also we can adjust the payment terms to some other ways according to the purchasing qty such as L/C, WesternUnion, Paypal and etc

Q7:How is your Quality Control?

A:We have our own QC department and many stuffs only for quality control, they will follow the case from the right beginning(raw material purchasing) to the end(load the truck and ship).

They will build up the file after each step during the production process.

(raw material purchasing, box or pag plate making, products details, fill in the carton and the marks and etc)

So it will be efficient to find the defective parts and bring them back to the right.
